Azalea Grove is nestled among magnolias and live oaks of Old Seagrove with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps up to 10 people. It is located on an oak-canopied road, just a half mile east of Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded one block walk to public beach access (225 walking steps). Relax by your private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating) (pool heater is due to be installed this spring – actual completion date is not known at this time). Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches on the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside. This home is equipped with wireless internet.

First Level: Entry porches on front and back of home. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to one another. Living room has 55” LCD TV and DVD and queen sleeper sofa. Laundry room. One bedroom and one bath on this floor as well.

Second Level: Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a 42” LCD TV and DVD player and 2 baths as well as porches on front and back of house overlooking pool and street.

Tower Room: Tower room has a 32” LCD TV, seating with bedding options. Outside open balcony overlooks tree tops of Seagrove and offers gulf views. Great place to catch the sunset and enjoy the gulf breezes.

Outside: Private heated kidney-shaped 23 x 11.5 pool surrounded by brick pavers and fence. The pool area is outfitted with seating. Hot/cold outdoor shower. Charcoal grill. Parking for 4 cars in gravel driveway.

This home is pet friendly for a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
