Tranquility in Our Classic Log Cabin! In the midst of it all in Pinecrest

Nestled in the pines (elevation 4600 feet), this spacious, log cabin was built mid-century and features dramatic cabin architecture, soaring ceilings, plus the original woodburning, stone fireplace (wood provided).

Twain Harte Golf Course is 4 miles down the mountain.

Yosemite is a day-trip 65 miles away.
The living room has cable TV/CD/DVD.
The main-level bedroom has an outside entrance with only two steps up and is near car parking. It
has one queen and one double bed and is near the main-level full bathroom (shower only).
The upstairs, larger bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The upstairs smaller bedroom has a
queen-size bed. Both upstairs bedrooms are just across the hall from the half-bath.
There is plenty of seating to eat at the table in the dining room with additional tables in the
living room and kitchen. The den, at the end of the dining room, has the second cable TV/VCR/DVD.
Inquire if you wish to bring your dog; we have a Pet Policy.

We supply blankets and pillows; BRING YOUR OWN: SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, BATHROOOM AND KITCHEN TOWELS, CHARCOAL AND CALLING CARD; your cell phone probably works.

IN THE WINTER, you can enjoy:
Snowboarding, Skiing, Sledding, and Ice Skating at Long Barn just minutes away.
DODGE RIDGE is open with plenty of snow!! 
There is plenty of deck room for outdoor relaxation. Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Area are only 15 miles away. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the reservation date are fully refundable less a $25 cancellation fee.
Guests canceling fewer than 30 days in advanced may be responsible for the basic cabin rental fee (no extra person fees, no cleaning fees) if the cabin cannot be rented. If the cabin does rent, there is a $25 cancellation fee only, and it can be used as credit towards your next stay if within one year of your cancellation.

Three couches in the living room.
Full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking stove, cooking utensils.
Large gated-deck with fenced backyard, charcoal barbecue, deck chairs & two tables.

Parking for at least 3 cars.
NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
BRING YOUR OWN LINENS: SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, BATH and KITCHEN TOWELS. SOAP AND TOILETRIES.

Twain Harte shopping just 3.5 miles down the mountain, plus
an easy distance to a laundromat right in Mi-Wuk Village. And in the
winter, DODGE RIDGE SKI RESORT, ONLY 15 MINUTES AWAY, is a family ski resort...lessons, boarding, and challenges for the more advanced skier/boarder in your family/group.

ice skating. Skate Park in Twain Harte!! It's all here, just minutes
from the cabin.

Nightly Rates..... $165 night/$1050 week (minimum stay 3 nights if
your dates include the weekend.

Mid-week SPECIAL: $145 nightly (2-night minimum stay)  CANNOT INCLUDE A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT

Off-Season Rates: .. $145 night/$850 week (2-night minimum including
weekends)     Mid-week, off-season:   (cannot include Friday or Saturday night): $120 nightly.  OFF-SEASON DATES:  September 6-December 12, 2011

MAXIMUM PEOPLE: 10.  $200 Security Deposit (refundable).

$70 Cleaning Fee.
Check-in time 4 pm & Check-out time 11 am.

PET RATE: $10 a day or $50 a week. (You need to agree to the Pet Policy.)
Holiday Rates ..... $195/night (minimum stay 4 nights Thanksgiving,
Christmas, New Years).

WINTER RATES: $165 night/$1050 week minimum stay 3 nights if your dates include the weekend;
Mid-week SPECIAL $145 2-night minimum stay...No Friday or Saturday nights.
Additional People: $10/night or $50/week each after first 8 people.
