Gregory Cottage is a lovely 3 bedroom / 3 bath 1,640 sq ft family-friendly home that is near the Cabana Pool and playground – the most family-oriented of Rosemary Beach’s four luxury pools. The well-equipped kitchen and charming dining and living areas can be found downstairs. Of the three, well-appointed bedrooms, one is a twin, one is a queen and the final is a large king master. The home sleeps 9 people with the addition of the queen sleeper sofa and a twin trundle bed. This home is directly next door to another of our Rosemary Beach rentals, Sands Cottage, making the two homes convenient for a larger group.

You will be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (one indoor heated), eight clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

Ground Floor: Cool and relaxing entry porch features teak dining table with 4 chairs. Entire home has newly refinished pine flooring. Enter the living room with queen sleeper sofa, armoire with LCD TV, Blueray DVD and stereo with Ipod dock and CD, side chair, ottoman and lamp. Wireless internet connectivity. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, knotty pine cabinets and stainless appliances, frig with icemaker and filtered water door service, microwave, dishwasher and glass-top stove and wall oven. Adjacent is the dining area with table that seats four plus breakfast bar that seats 2 in barstools. The ground floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, closet, armoire, LCD TV and DVD. Hall bath has vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Second Floor: Large guest bedroom has two twin beds, one twin trundle bed, bedside table, lamp, LCD TV, DVD, games, puzzles and French doors leading to a parade balcony. This room also has a private bath with vanity sink, tiled floors and tub/shower. The Master Bedroom features a king bed, large plush side chair, large TV, DVD, bedside chest of drawers, lamp, built-in drawers for storage, private balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 teak steamer loungers. The master bedroom’s private bath has a vanity sink with makeup area, jetted garden tub and walk-in shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in a hall closet on this floor. There is a small library of DVD movies available for your use.
