Appliances include side-by-side frig with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range and microwave. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer is just off the kitchen for your convenience. Dining table seats six and 3 more can sit at the breakfast bar. There is a downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, LCD TV, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, closet and dresser. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, side chair with ottoman, 2 tall chairs and table, LCD TV, DVD and stereo with Ipod dock.

Second Floor: Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king-size bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, closet large enough to fit a crib and a private bath with his/her vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. There is another large king bedroom with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, LCD TV, leather side chair and ottoman, and a private bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. In the upstairs, there is a kid’s den with LCD TV, built-in bunk bed (2 twins), queen sleeper sofa, side table and lamp. Screened porch off the den and the first master bedroom has a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, 2 rocking chairs and a relaxing porch swing.

Outdoors: Gas grill. Hot/cold outdoor shower with privacy stall for after beach clean-up. Parking for one car in driveway and 1 car on parking pad in front of home. Convenient beach access is 310 walking steps away. Two community pools – one of which is heated in cold weather months.
