Ground Floor: Twelve foot ceilings greet you in the spacious entry foyer.  To the right is the large formal dining room with large table with six chairs, buffet, and various sideboards containing much elegant serving pieces and table linens for your use. The large living room has a sofa, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, 2 lamps, 42” LCD TV, DVD / VCR, gas log fireplace, mini stereo with CD player, and even a video / DVD library plus book library. French doors open from the living room to the huge screened in front porch outfitted with 6 big white rocking chairs. The back screened porch also opens off the living room and has a table and 2 chairs and love seat.  Off this porch is a small deck where the gas grill is located. The kitchen has corian countertops, breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, side by side frig with door ice dispenser, butcher block cart, TV and convenient pantry for grocery storage. Hall bath has pedestal sink and a walk-in shower that connects to an outside door, allowing for easy clean up after a day at the beach. Queen master bedroom on ground floor is perfect for persons with mobility issues. This large room features queen bed, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, exercise bike, bedside table, lamp, rocker side chair, chest of drawers, desk with chair and printer, and closet. The private master bath contains a jetted tub, vanity sink and walk-in shower. Laundry room is accessed off back porch and has a super capacity washer and dryer plus a wine / beverage frig.

Second Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to the second story which is completely carpeted. Enjoy the history of the owner’s career in the stairwell. A formerUSCongresswoman, she served for 20 years under presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush I and Clinton.  Once upstairs, there is a queen bedroom with bureau with mirror and 2 lamps, LCD TV, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, French doors to another screened in porch, closet and private bath with shower and pedestal sink.  Bunk / Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed (2 more twins), bureau with mirror, bedside table, lamp, desk, large TV, closet, French doors to screened porch and private bath with pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Second story screened porch has dining table with 4 chairs and 2 rockers.
