Located just one mile east of Seaside, convenient to the biking/walking paths that lead to Seaside and WaterColor, your family will be sure to enjoy the large private 15 x 30 heated pool surrounded by ample amounts of patio furniture and tables for relaxing, reading and eating. (Fees apply for pool heating.) Let the kids swim while you cook dinner on the gas grill.

Ground Floor: There are gorgeous stained concrete floors downstairs. Enter into a secondary family room with queen sleeper sofa, regular sofa, café table with 4 chairs, 42” Plasma TV, DVD, stereo with MP3 doc and speakers piped throughout the house. King master bedroom has chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with 26” LCD TV, private bath with his/hers vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bunk room has 3 sturdy bunk beds (6 twins), chest of drawers, 26” LCD TV and XBox game system. Hall bath with tub/shower. Second King bedroom with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with 26” LCD TV, private bath with his/hers vanity sinks and walk-in shower. Laundry room with extra large capacity washer/dryer. The pool can be accessed from this floor’s hallway.

Second Floor: Beautiful travertine floors upstairs. The huge kitchen/living/dining room has plenty of room to gather and enjoy the gulf views. Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining room table seating 12, plus a large bar with 4 barstools. There is also a game table that seats 4 additional guests at mealtime. The living room has 2 sofas, 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, 52" plasma TV, DVD and stereo system with MP3 connection. French doors lead out to the covered porch – loaded up with multiple rockers, cocktail table and 4 tall chairs. Spectacular gulf views and breezes. Kitchen has high end stainless Kitchenaide appliances including frig with door ice / water dispenser, 5-burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Third king bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with 26” LCD TV, 2 side chairs and table. Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, armoire with 26” LCD TV, 2 side chairs and table. These two bedrooms both have French doors to a porch that overlooks the pool area. Hall bath has 2 vanity sinks and a tub/shower.

Outside: Large fenced pool area has private heated 15 x 30 free form shaped pool. Relax in the six loungers, have dinner at the 2 tables and eight chairs under the shade of an umbrella. More rockers here for your relaxation. Gas grill. Hot/Cold outdoor shower. Lush, tropical landscaping consisting of palm trees, fragrant gardenias, confederate jasmine, flowery agapanthus, split leaf philodendron and wax myrtles. Our on-demand hot water Rinnai system allows all 16 guests an endless supply of hot showers.
