Aspen Beach House is a beautiful 3000 square foot 4 bedroom/4.5 bath home located in beautiful historicGraytonBeach. Located just 550 walking steps from the Beach and famous Red Bar restaurant, this fantastic home has a free-form private heated pool. Beginning Spring Break 2012, pool can be heated for an additional fee! A friendly, family atmosphere is what you will find here and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Public boat launch is nearby for boating in the lake. Enjoy 6 TV's and Free WIFI! 

Second Floor: Once you enter the home from the carport, you will walk up the stairs to the main living area of the home. Hardwood floors in all of the common areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. Lovely kitchen has granite countertops, central island with 5 barstools, Kitchenaide appliances including frig with door water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, glass top range, and microwave. Adjacent dining area has large table that seats 8 to 10 people. Tall cocktail table in the dining area seats an additional 2 people. French doors off the dining area lead to a covered porch with outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. This porch has lake views through the trees and overlooks the pool. Living area outfitted with 3 leather sofas, LCD TV, DVD, stereo with CD and Ipod dock, 2 side tables, 2 lamps and coffee table. French doors from the living room lead to a covered porch with 4Adirondacks for relaxation. Large capacity washer-dryer located in closet off living area. Hall bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Queen bedroom with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser and plasma TV.

Third Floor: Additional living area with sofa sleeper, loveseat, coffee table, TV and Kitchenette with mini frig and sink. French door leads to covered porch which overlooks the lake and has 2 loveseats and side chair. King master bedroom has a 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, Plasma TV, DVD, side chair with ottoman and French doors leading to to a private porch. Porch has 4Adirondack chairs. Private master bath has jetted tub, walk-in shower and vanity sink. Queen/Queen bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, game table and 2 chairs, Plasma TV and walk out to same porch as is off living area on this floor. This bedroom also has a large private bathroom with double vanity sinks, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Bunk bedroom has 2 sets of bunks (4 twins), dresser, side table, lamp, and TV. Hall bath has vanity sink and jetted tub/shower.

Outside: Covered parking under house for 2 cars plus 4 additional cars can park in driveway. Private 21 x 9 heated pool surrounded by pavers (pool can be heated to 86° for an additional fee beginning Spring Break 2012). Pool area outfitted with seven loungers, table with 5 chairs for poolside dining, gas grill, and bench seat. Hot/cold outdoor shower.
