Two bedroom, two bath condo with a view of the wetlands and bay. Unit has a large screened porch. Building has a wheelchair access ramp to the first floor. Large outdoor pool in the complex. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Families only.

Rents on either a full week basis (Thu-Thu or Sun-Sun) or by the mini-week (Thu-Sun or Sun-Thu).
Add to Rental Rate: 10.5% tax, $50.00 Processing Fee and $50 Peace of Mind (or security deposit).
Optional travel insurance available – 7% of total cost
Guest must provide own sheets, towels and paper products.
The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies and Guest will not be permitted to occupy the premises.
