Our condo is in one of Puerto Vallarta's newest and most luxurious beachfront complexes, the Grand Venetian. Located in the "Hotel Zone", it is just minutes from the airport, downtown and the Marina. We feel our unit in Tower 2 is special because of the extra large extended balcony on the oceanside. It is large enough for a separate dining area and BBQ grill as well as sun loungers and umbrella. From there, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of Banderas Bay, WHALE and dolphin WATCHING, cruise ships entering & leaving the harbor, fireworks, and absolutely stunning sunsets! The rear balcony offers gorgeous mountain views. Open the front & back sliding doors and let the refreshing ocean breeze revitalize you!  The unit also includes wireless internet, satellite SHAW TV, NFL package, 42" HD TV and 32" one in the bedroom, Ipod station, shower seat, stacked washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster oven, as well as all your essential kitchen needs.

Our one-bedroom unit has a king-size bed and an abundance of closet and drawer space. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, from granite countertops to full size refrigerator and stove, to all small appliances--including the blender for those MARGARITAS!

You will be just steps to the beach or a short walk to familiar places like Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco. The Peninsula Mall is next door with Starbucks, a casino and shopping. The upscale Liverpool Mall is also within walking distance. Puerto Vallarta is famous for its diversified cuisine and there are a multitude of great restaurants to choose from.

Come visit our little slice of paradise! Our property manager will meet you on arrival, familiarize you with the condo & all the amenities available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Maid service is included once per week and can be provided more frequently on request, for a reasonable fee.

Other than the long list of activities offered just outside your door step, there are many attraction at the nearby Malecon in downtown Puerta Vallarta.  This area offers all types of restaurants for all budgets.  You can also find little shops, sand sculptures, street performers, a large cathedral, nightly fireworks from the pirate ship (which you can watch from your balcony if you aren't up for the trip downtown), and lots of rich history!
