Stunningly beautiful true 1BR 1BA direct ocean front unit on 7th floor north tower. Ceiling to floor glass in bedroom and living room provides fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and Dolphins that frequent the waters. Bedroom has two queen beds with 32" Flat Screen TV. Living room has a sofa bed and a murphy bed with 42" LCD Flat Screen TV. Dining table accomodates 4 plus 2 more (bar stools) at kitchen counter. Full Kitchen with granite counter tops, fridge, microwave, electric stove, coffee pot, pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups etc - all you need to cook and serve your own food. Bath has linen closet, iron and board, hair dryer, tub shower combo. 

Washer/dryer facilities on every other floor within close proximity. Free WIFI, basic cable, modern exercise and fitness center on 2nd floor. Also on 2nd floor is one of the best restaurants in town. Very good food at reasonable prices with buffet breakfasts. Starbucks coffee on 1st floor. Taxi service at building. Business center on 1st floor (with computers etc). Very large outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs etc. Free parking garage across the street exclusively for use by residents at no cost. This property is on the ocean which means the only thing that separates the water from the building is the sand in between.

There are plenty of activities depending upon season. Murrells Inlet is famous for its many sea food restaurants that are widely acclaimed. There are some water parks for children and an aquarium and zoo.  Brookgreen gardens is about 30 minutes south and so is Huntington State Park. Carolina Opry, Palace Theatre, Alabama Theatre and Dixie Stampede have varied shows all the time and year round. Myrtle Beach is the "Golf Capital" of the world and there are too many courses to name.

Rentals are for whole weeks only.  Check-in is 3.00 PM and Check-out is 11.00 AM. Special winter rates of $500 a week includes all taxes and fees. (Taxes alone are 19%!!)  This suite rents for $1500 a week in summer!

Payments: We accept certified checks, direct deposit or paypal. 50% of the rental is due upfront at the time of booking. Balance 50% is due 30 days prior to occupancy. For cancellations upto 30 days prior, there will be a $100 processing fee and balance will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to occupany, there will be no refund and the deposit will be applied towards loss of rental.
