This cottage is a very nice 14x70 mobile home. This has a great view of Seneca Lake with about forty steps down to your 100 foot private beach and dock. This cottage is set in a heavly wooded lot for maxium privacy.

This Cottage has two bedrooms, one has a full bed the other a queen. The living room has a pull out sofa. The deck is very nice to go out and have dinner or drinks on while overlooking Seneca Lake. The kitchen is fully eqipped and the only items you will need to bring are paper products and linens.
activities and attractions in Penn Yan Finger Lakes
We are located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine county. We are halfway between Watkins Glen and Geneva on the west side of Seneca Lake. We are very close to Watkins Glen Race track. We have over 100 acres of private property for you to enjoy a walk or bike ride. If you are looking to get back to nature you have found the right spot. We do not have phones, internet or tv, but you are welcome to bring them with you.
vacation rental rates
$600.00 a week. Check in Saturday @ 1:00pm and check out the following Saturday @ 11:00am. We require a $150 deposit at the time of booking and $100.00 security deposit on check in that you will get back if the cottage is the way you found it. We collect 4% tax. We do not take credit cards.
