Just Built, 4 bedroom/3 full baths SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE very close to beach and boardwalk on Central & 13th (1/10 of a mile)! This is NOT a duplex.
House is on the BEACH Side of Central Ave.
FAMILIES ONLY! NO GROUPS under 25 years of age and NO SENIOR WEEK Rentals: NO Exceptions.
1/10 of a mile to beach and boardwalk. 1 block off of Asbury, so great spot for shopping too! 2 blocks from Mack N Manco's, 3 blocks to Castaway Cove Amusements!
NON SMOKING HOUSE.
House next door is finished as well (first picture shows it before it was finished).

$300 Refundable security deposit, due with signed lease, this will also confirm your reservation. 1/2 of the rental amount is due 8 weeks prior to check in and the other 1/2 is due 4 weeks prior to check in.
If your rental is closer then 6 weeks out from signing of lease, amount must be paid in full with lease agreement. All due dates are documented in lease agreement for your reference.
