Wyndham Pagosa in Pagosa Springs

Lots of activities are waiting here beneath brilliant Southwest Colorado skies: tennis and lakeside fishing on site, plus cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding, hiking and downhill skiing nearby. Add a comfortable, appealing unit to the mix and it all adds up to a wonderful Colorado stay for the whole family.

There are a million places to hide and seek at this spacious 18,000-acre playground. The on-site lake at Wyndham Pagosa offers plenty of opportunities for fishing. Test your tennis skills or enjoy our 18-hole miniature golf course. Also take advantage of the nearby Recreation Center, complete with an indoor pool for year-round fun. The resort also organizes many off-site tours to add more fun to your stay.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me. 

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
