Historic Powhatan Williamsburg in Williamsburg

Set in historic Williamsburg, The Historic Powhatan Resort combines the American past and present with ease. The Manor House dates from the Colonial era. Most of the accommodations include fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, balconies, whirlpool baths, and fireplaces. Four swimming pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, hiking trails, tennis and racquetball courts, volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas, and organized activities are all available to you when you stay at The Historic Powhatan Resort.

Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me. 

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
