Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated Diego floor-plan home has 1,600 square feet of 
comfort and charm with an attached two-car garage on a corner lot. 
This two bedroom, two bath home provides a spectacular view of the 
Santa Catalina Mountains that can be enjoyed from either the front 
porch or the open patio in the back yard.  When the sun is overhead, 
the covered patio provides a cooling respite from the midday sun for 
relaxing, reading, or dozing.  A variety of backyard trees provides 
shade from the late afternoon sun and a sense of nature's privacy 
from the adjoining properties.

The vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, eating nook, family room area 
provides a spacious "great room" feel while providing a comfortable, 
intimate area for all the daily activities of food preparation, TV 
watching, relaxing, eating and socializing. The sectional sofa 
includes a pull out hide-a-bed for those occassional extra grandkids 
and relatives who might drop in for a few days.  A CD player, DVD 
and VCR players are available. 

The vaulted ceiling living room is arranged with a comfortable, 
conversation-friendly sitting area and a more formal dining area.  
Living room furnishings include two loveseats, tables, and lamps.  
The dining area includes a table with six chairs and matching buffet.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, comfortable reading 
chair, TV, and a view into the back yard.  The low profile dresser, 
an armoire and a full size walk-in closet provides ample space for 
clothes and storage.  The master bath includes two sinks and a full 
shower.  There is a hall linen closet.  The guest bedroom has two 
twin-size beds.

A full-size washer, dryer, and ironing board and a spacious hobby 
area round out the utility/laundry area. 

Throughout this home furnishings and decorations reflect a tasteful 
southwestern motif.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Rental includes full access to all three golf courses and three 
Clubhouse in the Saddlebrooke community complex. Mountain View has 
18 holes, Saddlebrooke Country Club has 27 holes and the Preserve 
has 18 holes. Your Saddlebrooke guest card includes full reciprocity 
for access to the Clubhouse activities and restaurantes, tennis 
courts, health clubs, beautiful swimming poolls, bocce ball courts 
and walking paths. Full use of a gas powered golf cart is included 
with this rental.  All golf courses can be reached with the golf 
cart.  All bedding linens, kitched appliances, utensils and cleaning 
supplies are included.  

Activities and Attractions

Saddlebrooke is nestled in the foothills of the Santa Catalina 
Mountains, just north of Tucson.  In addition to Saddlebrooke, there 
are a variety of golf courses and resorts within a short driving 
distance.  Area attractions include the Arizona-Senora Desert 
Museum, the Mission San Xavier Del Bac, the Saguaro National 
Monument and the charming, historical town of Tugac.  There are a 
variety of restaurants and shopping areas within a 15 mile radius.  
Major League spring training and University of Arizona cultural 
programs and activities are a short distance away.
