Our 7,288 sq ft Colorado Springs new luxury fully-furnished rental home, named the “Paris Louvre,” is in a Gated Community on the east side of the city on a 3 acre, private lot. This five-diamond quality home reflects the characteristics of the ultimate in luxury and sophistication. Accommodations are first class. The physical attributes are extraordinary in every manner. We meticulously serve and exceed all guest expectations while maintaining an impeccable standard of excellence.

This 3-level stucco and stone home has grand room with 22-foot ceilings and a marble entry along with wall of 20 foot tall windows. 

The master bedroom features 17-foot ceilings, with light rails surrounding the massive ceiling moldings; a romantic stone fireplace; sitting area; flat screen TV over the fireplace with a DVD player; and a King-Sized bed. The master bedroom also has an 18’ x 25’ private balcony accessible through three double sets of 10’ tall French doors.  The luxurious master bath contains a large walk-in shower for two with 17-foot tall floor-to-ceiling Italian marble; Italian marble floors and counter tops; a flat screen TV; a small built in glass wine refrigerator; and a deep tub with power jets overlooking the mountain scenery.

The far east side of the home contains a smoked-glass enclosed sun room which is 20 feet wide and 40 feet long with 12 foot tall ceilings covered with Italian marble containing intricate designs and illuminated with three chandeliers. The sun room also contains a  gorgeous fire place with a 60 inch flat screen TV above the mantle of the fireplace. The sun room is an excellent place in the home for relaxing, watching TV or movies, eating or entertaining guests.

The two additional spacious upper-level bedrooms feature queen-size beds, 10’ ceilings; glass windows overlooking the spacious grand room, and their own private bath rooms.The home also has a comfortable, queen-sized pull out sofa in the lower level, which also has its own private bath, large closet, and 10-foot tall ceilings.  The home sleeps 8 people comfortably, though the home can easily accommodate up to 10 people.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counters; maple cabinets; hickory floors; and top-of-the-line Jenn-Air and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances.

Entertainment provided within the home: Food catering and food take out services provided. Internet access with computer and printer/business office. Three flat screen TV's and movie theatre and outdoor basket-ball court. Ping Pong table, Pool table, chess game and other board games provided.
