You have great ocean views from every floor and the sunset view is amazing.

Don’t worry about crossing busy streets, our corner lot home is only 50 steps to the boardwalk leading to the beautiful white sands of PC Beach.

Sunlight floods/pours/streams into the Living, Kitchen, and Dining areas on the 1st floor of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, located on the corner of Gulf Drive and Hirt,

This bright and cheerful living room area with 10’ ceilings, gas fireplace is beautifully decorated seating area for great conversations or viewing the latest movies on the 40" flat screen TV.

 Off the living room is the striking dining table that seats 8 with extra seating at the breakfast bar in the large, fully stocked kitchen.  Travertine floors, hardwood plank floors and granite counters give extra detail to the colorful surrounding. 

Rounding out the 1stfloor is the Queen Bedroom and Bath which opens to the private pool for your enjoyment on days you just want to relax on the back patio lounge chairs. There is a gas grill poolside for leisure cooking outdoors if you desire.

There are beach umbrellas, boogie boards and beach chairs available for your use.  A Washer/ Dryer and storage area round out the first floor rooms.  A Side door opens to an off street parking space.  

When you open the Master Bedroom balcony door on the 2ndfloor, you can see and hear the waves break on the gulf shore. Take a break and enjoy the rocking chairs. The master suite bathroom includes a walk in shower, separate water closet ,and a jetted tub.

The Kids Bunkroom and Bath gives plenty of privacy and kid friendly space.  (portacrib available).  This is  the "kids hideaway".  

 WiFi is available at the Computer desk in the Hall.   

On the 3rd floor is a spacious bonus room with colorful starfish sofa/chair set.  A 62” TV entertainment center with lot’s of DVD’s and VCR tapes, books, games and puzzles are there for the family to enjoy. A wet bar, mini fridge, and 1/2 bath make this truly a great room for the kids/family to hang out in together. 

From the 3rd story deck, watch the day begin and experience the spectacular sunrises and sunsets surrounded by Gulf sounds and views.

When it came time to purchase a beach property there was no other place that we wanted to buy than this corner lot on Hirt and Gulf.  We live in Atlanta, Georgia,  We have four daughters and fifteen grandchildren who are excited about the chance to spend time at the beach. We would like for you to enjoy staying at our beach house too. We have taken special interest in the interior design and furnishings to our home to create a great feel and comfort for your vacation time here.

If you prefer to dine out, we are located just moments away from some of Panama City beaches restaurants, Schooners, Scampi’s and Montego Bay. All of these restaurants are within walking distance. The famous Captain Anderson's Seafood and the BoatYard restaurants are only 5 minutes away.  Fresh Seafood restaurants are just a quarter of a mile pass the marina.  Pier Park is only 8 miles away. a great place to visit, dine, and shop.

 Also, just minutes away is St. Andrews State Park.  We are located in a quiet community yet within easy access to PCB’s main attractions and numerous amusement parks, and Panama City Beach nightlife, and many other attractions.  

Watch fishing boats come in with the days catch at the nearby waterfront. In this same area, you have quick access to jet skis. trips to Shell Island, or Dolphin sighting tours. Also, Publix Grocery and Winie Dixie, plus a variety of discount stores are nearby tp meet many of the other shopping needs that you may have during your stay.

  St. Andrews State Park - well known for its sugar white sands and emerald green waters, having over  one-and-a-half miles of beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon. Water sports enthusiasts can  enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing. Two fishing piers, a jetty, and a  boat ramp provide ample fishing opportunities for anglers.

  
  The Shell Island Shuttle carries passengers between St. Andrews State
  Park and Shell Island every 1/2 hour, 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also offer a snorkel package and kayak rentals.

There is an added charge of $100 per week per person when over 10 staying in this unit.

In order to keep our home beautiful for you and our next guests, we do not allow smoking inside the home : pets are not allowed.

We also do not allow rental to persons under the age of 27, unless with a family. No house parties allowed. ID required for reservations and check-in.
