Custom pool and jacuzzi overlook an acre lake and 9th Hole fairway 
of 27 hole golf course. Walk 1 block to clubhouse!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Immaculate, barely lived in golf course home.  Fabulous great room 
with walls of windows overlooking pool, acre lake and 9th hole 
fairway. Great room features flat screen plasma t.v., couch converts 
to queen bed, dining room and gourmet kitchen with granite 
countertops and stainless appliances. South facing backyard keeps the
home cool and the yard sunny.  Enjoy your days lounging by the 
custom pool and jacuzzi and your evening by the fire pit or just 
enjoying the stars! The master bedroom has a king size bed and huge 
spa like bath with jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower.   
Two secondary bedrooms; one with twin beds, the other with a full 
size bed and desk with internet connection share a separate 
bathroom.  The beautiful pottery barn decorated private Casita has a 
sitting area, queen size bed and private bath.  

Activities and Attractions

Golf, gambling, lake sports, snow skiing/boarding, hiking, swimming, 
tennis, basketball.  Local casino within a few minutes.  World class 
entertainment and gambling on the famous Strip is approximately 20 
miles.  Lake Mead is 50 minutes to 1 hour drive towing a boat.  Mt. 
Charleston Ski Resort is approximately 30 minutes.  Red Rock Canyon 
Park is approximately 20 minutes.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$250.00 per night with 3 night minimum.  $1,400.00 per week or 
$3000.00 per month including utilities.  May be rented for short 
term furnished rental at $2,800.00 per month, no utilities paid, 
with minimum 3 month rental. Longer stays may be negotiable. All 
bookings require $100 cleaning fee per stay/week.  $500 security 
deposit for short term. Longer stays require 1 month security 
deposit. Available beginning January 10, 2007.
