• A loft balcony is the perfect fit for a medium size orchestra or band. There are two restrooms indoors on the main floor along with third being completed by the first of the year.

Within walking distance of bayside parks overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Just across the bridge from Treasure Island with numerous fine restaurants, resorts, hotels, and beach attractions. Golf courses, shopping and cultural activities are a short drive away.
