Summer Shade Cottage is nestled among the live oaks of old Seagrove literally steps from the brick paved roads of Seaside Florida Beach Resort.  This cottage is perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway for two.  The first level has the living room area with flat panel tv and Blue Ray DVD Player, dining table and chairs, full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.  The first level also has two bedrooms each with full size beds, and there is a full bath with tub/shower combo.  The second level has a queen-size bed with an adjoining sitting area with furniture, TV, and DVD Player.  Wifi is also available if you bring a laptop computer.  The master bath has a wide vanity and a shower with large shower head.  Connecting to the master bedroom is a large screened-in balcony.  Start your day in this wonderful outdoor room while eating morning breakfast at the table and chairs provided for this special place.  At the end of the day return to this wonderful sanctuary to relax on a comfortable, colorful cushioned, lounge chair or loveseat chair and reflect on the memories created for the day - your fun time at the beach, biking together on the paved bike path or through quiet pine forests, or relive your shopping excursion where you found new cherished treasures.  Your Sanctuary Awaits You at Summer Shade Cottage!

Seaside Florida Beach Resort

Dine at one of the many Seaside eateries, or browse the clothing and accessory shops,  art galleries and supply shops, and other specialty shops in the town.  Seaside hosts a number of outdoor concerts throughout the year in their outdoor amphitheater.  Evening movie's are also often shown at the amphitheater in peak season.  Seaside Repertory Theatre has stage productions to see, and there are several other activities and events for the young and the young at heart to enjoy several times throughout the year.  If you enjoy playing tennis, rent equipment and a court at the Seaside Tennis Club.  There could be enough fun to fill a whole vacation just exploring all that this beach town has to offer.  You may find it interesting too that Seaside is the filming site of "The Truman Show" that starred Jim Carey.  Seaside can be explored without getting in your car, but there's much more to the Beaches of South Walton that you will not want to miss.
