This beautiful 4 bedroom home is located away from the crowds and is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The floor plan takes advantage of the incredible views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and there are three gulf front bedrooms and one bedroom with a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The main living area is an open plan that features ceramic tile flooring, a built-in entertainment center and a built-in buffet and shelves in the dining area. The kitchen has black granite counters and upgraded stainless steel appliances including a downdraft smooth top stove, two ovens, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water through the door. You will find 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom is located off the dining room and has a king size bed, huge bathroom with double vanities, separate tub and shower. The other gulf front bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Both bedrooms are located off the living room. The 4th bedroom is located below the main living area and consists of a queen bed, full bath and has its own gulf front balcony. All of the bedrooms are large and have built-in shelves and chests of drawers. The Gulf front balcony is over 60 feet long and 9 feet deep and is constructed with composite decking. A gas grill, picnic table and chairs are also located on the deck. What a great place to relax and enjoy the cool Gulf breezes as you watch the dolphins and other marine life along the coast! This wonderful home has plenty of room for 2 families or one large family to enjoy the gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre Beach.

Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am. A minimum of 30% down per reservation is required at time of booking. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Must be 25 to reserve.
