Welcome to our spacious waterfront four (4) bedrooms- four (4) bath home on the public side of Lake Anna. There are three (3) bedrooms and two (2) baths on the main level – Master with queen size bed, bath with his and hers sinks, soaker tub and large shower, one (1) full size bed in second bedroom and two twin beds in third bedroom. Upstairs bonus room has one queen size bed with full bath.
The main room features a fully equipped kitchen and a 50” flat screen TV, Bose (DVD/CD) surround sound system. Sliding doors open to an expansive deck overlooking the lake with furniture and gas grill for eating and relaxing.
In the finished walk out basement, you will find a 42” HD TV, DVD player, Bose Wave radio, and a Wii game system. You will also find ping pong, air hockey and many board games. An inflatable bed provides additional sleeping accommodations and a full bath with shower/tub is on this level as well.
The property includes a boathouse with large deck where you can dock your boat (please note the boat lift is for owners use only), horseshoe pits for guest to use.
Enjoy your stay with friends, family and children but please leave pets at home.

There is a two night minimum during weekends - Start Friday after 4pm and leave by 11 am Sunday
2012 On Season- May 18 to September 9 (Weekly Rentals only)No weekend unless that week is not rented then two weeks prior to that date you may rent for the weekend.

Rates do not include refundable security deposit of $500.00. If
you leave the Lake House as you found it or no extra cleaning/damage, the
security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure. Note: You
must take all trash with you or there will be a $100 extra charge. There's a
trash dump on your way out about a mile from the lake house.
