We would like to rent our cottage which has been in the family for generations. The screeend in front porch is steps away from one of NH's cleanest lakes, Big Island Pond.
There is a large kitchen and livingroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has gorgeous views of the water with a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed. .
Our cottage sits in a quiet lakefront neighborhood with courteous and polite neighbors. We welcome responsible, quiet and caring renters who will treat our home as carefully as we do :).
No big parties please!
