The townhome is on a quite street with low traffic volume, and has a mailbox on the property. No smoking, no pets please.

There are numerous classes offered and seven golf courses, plus hiking and biking clubs, bird watching, etc.
Green Valley is located at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains and provides many resort-type amenities. Nearby are: Tubac Village with shops and galleries; Madera Canyon for hiking and bird watching; Tucson and numerous attractions - Desert Museum, Kitt Peak National Observatory, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Monument; Sonoita Vineyards and much more.
