We are beach block located at 810 2nd. Street. We are located between Atlantic Ave. and the boardwalk. This incredibly clean and smartly decorated, roomy, summer home is just a few steps from the beach, boardwalk and amusements. This summer home is a 3 story condo with the first floor (Unit A - Listing #9690) offering 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 8-10. See bedrooms descriptions below. The second and third floors (Unit B - Listing #5900) offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 10-14. Each unit rents SEPARATELY or you can rent both units (A & B) for large family gatherings.

Each unit has ample parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one under the front porch.  Street parking is also available.

UNIT A Listing # 9690:
This listing is for Unit A. The main floor has a large family room area with ample seating, fireplace, dining area and comfortable front porch for quiet evenings. The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen allows for multi-family dining. You will find new upscale stainless steel appliances throughout and Corian counter tops.

If you need more bedrooms or are planning a large family reunion why not consider renting Unit B too. This 5 bedroom unit has a huge private king master suite with its own double vanity bathroom and two private decks qith a total of four decks in all. This unit sleeps 10-14.

This listing is for Unit B, the second and third floors which offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 10-14. Please see bedrooms discriptions below. What makes this unit stand out is the third or top floor which is a enormous king master suite (5th BR) plus a queen sleeper sofa. This king suite has it's own double vanity private bath, wet bar and two(2) private decks with great sunrises and sunsets.

The main floor has a large family room area with ample seating, fireplace, dining area and comfortable front porch for quiet evenings. The Ocean City area and close vicinity provide opportunities for

pizza, special events regularly on the Ocean City Music Peer, and
weekly fun with Ocean City special Family Night on the boardwalk
and market days in the towns specialty shops, local parks and
playgrounds.

At one end of 2nd. street you'll find Jet Ski, water-skiing,
parasailing, boating, and at the other end of 2nd. street is the
beach and boardwalk. Area also offers waterslides, surfing,
windsurfing, tubing, rafting, hiking, biking, surrey riding, golf,
tennis, racquetball, basketball, fitness centers, gym, shuffleboard,
horseshoes, wildlife viewing, and piers for fishing and crabbing.

Only a short drive to the Atlantic City and world-famous casinos,
historic Cape May, the Cape May Zoo and family park, the legendary
Storybook Land, live theatre, cinemas, outstanding restaurants, and
PLENTY of nightlife in Somers Point just minutes away!
