Large 3100 sq ft home in the Northwest area of Phoenix close to Lake Pleasant.  The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  There is an unabstructed view of West Wing Mountain from the patio in the back yard.  The area is quiet and relaxing and out of all the hustle and bustle of the City but within minutes of everything.  You can sleep 8 to 10 people comfortably.  The home has a living room with dinning area and a great room off of the kitchen.  There is a 3 car garage for parking.  The back yard is fenced and secure.  Good for kids and pets.

The home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with a loft for sitting and watching TV.  The Master Bedroom has a California King bed and the Master Bathroom has a large bath tub with a seperate walk in shower plus 2 seperate sinks and vanities one of which has a make up area.  The bathroom also has a walk in closet.  One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a double bed.   The downstairs bedroom has a bed that can be either a double or two twins.  The other two bathrooms have a bath tub with a shower.  The Great Room has a 60 inch flat screen TV hooked up to Direct TV.  There is also high speed internet connection and wi-fi.  The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and silver ware.  All you will need is the food.  There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use.  The view from the patio of West Wing Mountain is fantastic.

A security/reservation deposit of $500 is due at the time of reservation.  The security/reservation deposit will be refunded minus a $150.00 cleaning fee unless excess cleaning is required or the home is damaged.  The amount will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure date.  If there is damage to the home, the owner will provide a detailed list to the renter of the damages.

The owner accepts payment through PayPal or Check.  Contact owner for details on rental and payment arrangements.

All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless a 30 day cancellation notice is given.
