This house is functionally integrated into famous Regal Palms Resort and Spa.  Physically it is  located just across the street from the Regal Palms facilities and it's guests may use all privileges of the Regal Palms as well as of the Highlands Reserve Golf community.

 This location is a right place if you seek an enjoyable vacation, regardless if you are a golfer or just a vacationer wishing to spend good time in warm climate with or without children.

Location, Location, Location.  Our house is located just across the street from the Regal Palms Resort.  It is only a few minutes from the shopping center with the Publix super store and many other convenient stores and services, including medical facilities.  A few restaurants, bars,  banks, UPS and other outlets are also nearby.


The house actually has 4 bedrooms, but one bedroom is used by the owner as a lockout room for his belongings.. It is rented as a three bedroom unit with large living room , family room, separated dinning room and large play room.

Spacious kitchen is fully equipped and is separated from the dining room. Washer and dryer are also available.

Three simple bedrooms with one queen bed and two twins, are comfortable for up to six people.   Best arrangement for parents with up to 4 children.  

The living room has large flat screen TV set with the Blue ray DVD player and all bedrooms have smaller TV sets.

There are two full bathrooms, one has also a hair dryer.

Very attractive is an attached enclosed 23'x23' covered screen room, that may be used as a play room (installed billiard and foosball table are for guests' use).This screened room is overlooking the Regal Palms Resort.

Other amenities: Air conditioning, Extra telephone for unlimited free calls to US and Canada, Wide flat screen TV set, DVD player, Wifi Internet, Fully equipped kitchen, Garbage disposal, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Icemaker, Washer, Dryer, Indoor/outdoor Thermostat, etc. Garage is not available, but off street parking on the driveway is available for up to 4 cars.

The Regal Palms Resort has it's own Club house with restaurant, bar with multiple TV screens, for kids indoor game room, computer room and terrace for dining.

The separate fitness center offers the indoor spa (Jacuzzi), sauna, steam room and a beauty salon.

Disneyworld is about 20 minutes, Universal Studio and Sea World  are about 30 minutes away by car.

Other bookings, made 2 months before check-in date , should be longer than 4 days.

Rates are determined by the check-in date, not by the number of guests.

ONE TIME $85 CLEANING FEE APPLIES.

Add 12% local tax.

THE REGAL PALMS RESORT CHARGES $11.95/DAY PER HOME FEE.
