Cove Cottage:  This sweet cottage is just what one envisions when thinking of summering on theMainecoast.  It is one of two cottages originally built as guest accommodations for a 19thcentury farm that later operated as a guest house.  The Cove Cottage is tastefully decorated in authenticMainecottage style and has a private garden patio for relaxing and dining.  Afternoon sea breezes refresh the property with its various rock gardens and flower beds, apple trees and extensive lawn. 

Situated a stones throw from Perkins’s Cove where you’ll find many restaurants, shops and galleries, as well as, trolley service to all of Ogunquit including the famous 3 mile white sand beach.  Also, Perkins Cove is the beginning of theMarginal Way(one of Ogunquit’s most precious jewels), a one mile walk that runs along the rocky coastline to the center of Town.  You'll find everything you want to do is withn striking distance of this unique property.

Located on the southern coast of Maine, the small town of Ogunquit (which means beautiful place by the sea) is a picture perfect coastal village with much to offer. This unique property is just a stones throw from picturesque Perkins Cove where you'll find many quaint shops, great restaurants, art galleries and a harbor full of boats that offer deep sea fishing, scenic cruises and sailing. Perkins Cove is the beginning of the famous Marginal Way(one of Ogunquit's most precious jewels) a one mile walk that follows the rocky coastline to the center of Ogunquit village. If you don't want to walk you can catch one of many trolleys that run continuously servicing all of Ogunquit. Ogunquit is touted as a wonderful "strolling town" by Down East Magazine and like Perkin's Cove has many charming shops, cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, art galleries and lovely flowered walkways. In town there is also a historic summer movie theater that plays first run movies and matinees on rainy days. Also close by are public tennis courts and playgrounds. And let’s not forget Ogunquit's beautiful three mile white sand beach for sunning and surfing. Ogunquit is also known for its arts and has a wonderful art museum as well as the nationally acclaimed Ogunquit Playhouse that offers popular shows starring well known personalities. Rate is 1,200. per week - ask about off season rates

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in at 3 pm - Check out at 10 am

Reservations: One half of the total rental cost is due 10 days after confirmation with the remaining balance due upon your arrival. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon reciept of the deposit. Payment may be made by personal check; credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellations: A 21 day prior to arrival cancellation notice is required for a refund.
