Home includes all brand new furnishings & appliances. 1st floor master suite with ensuite bath. Second floor master with ensuite bath and 2 additional bedrooms with full bath.
Located on a quiet back road surrounded by woods. Beach & Lake access is 600 yards from home. Extra large windows to allow light to flood the spacious sunken Great Room. Beautiful Dining Room seats a crowd in an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Custom kitchen fully equipped custom granite kitchen with breakfast bar.
Great outdoor patio with gas grill and fire pit perfect for adirondack evenings. Boat dockink available nearby.

activities and attractions in Lake George Adirondacks
Lake George is a wonderful place to relax refresh and recreate! . Recreational activities include boating and kayaking, swimming and fishing. Take an unforgettable cruise on the lake in one of several large steamboats, which have daily excursions departing from Lake George Village. Feeling adventurous? Take an opportunity to parasail. There are trails for hiking, including Prospect Mountain. Horseback riding is available. Golf at the Top of the World, Sagamore or any of the many golf courses throughout the area. Go camping on one of many State-owned islands on Lake George, just minutes from the home by boat.
Other recreational activities include the Great Escape-a Six Flags amusement park and water park located in Lake George village. In the quaint town of Bolton Landing, is Adirondack Extreme- an outdoor adventure course with ziplines.
Of course, when it comes to shopping, there is no place like Lake George, with a multitude of outlet stores located just south of Lake George Village. Other fine shops are available in Bolton Landing.
