Duplex/efficiency home for rent in Frostproof, FL. Each efficiency has 1,000 square feet of living space. Efficiency number one has 2 queen bedrooms & 2 full baths. Efficiency number two has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bath. Both units were newly remodeled in 2012 with all new furnishings and come with fully equipped kitchens, central air and heat. All you need to bring is food and cloths to begin enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The county that we are in, Polk, has 554 lakes so bring your boat. We have an acre of ground so there is plenty of parking available. There are also outside receptacles available for charging batteries and a fish cleaning bench. Another plus, Little Crooked Lake boat ramp is quarter mile away.

The duplex is located adjacent to our mobile home park where you can participate in park activities such as shuffleboard, bingo, cards, park suppers and breakfast. Cafe and laundry are also located in the park.

- May 1st-Ocotober 1st rates drop to $400.00 weekly.
