This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located in the beautiful and safe gated community of Lagos Vistoso in southern Chandler.  It is 20 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor and Mesa airports and 5 minutes from the I-10 freeway, SanTan 202 and the 101.  The house is fully furnished with many amenities.  An amazing backyard with many beautiful shrubs and fruit trees surround a large 15 by 30 ft private salt water pool (SOLAR HEATED) with a North/South setting so you will always have sunshine in the backyard!  The patio area is large and extends out to the pool with part of it being shaded.  There is a built in gas BBQ grill with a fire pit.  The patio furniture is brand new and includes a patio table with 4 chairs and 2 cozy pool lounge chairs to relax or read a book. Within the community there are beautiful green ways, walking paths, and a children’s playground and picnic area at the end of the block.  Bear Creek and Sunbird Golf Courses are located on each side of the community as well as MANY other courses within a short drive. A Fry’s Marketplace is within walking distance of the house which offers many needs from Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Nail Spa etc. 

The 1600 sq. ft house has been recently furnished with everything new from the furniture in the bedrooms to the kitchen essentials. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a media center with a 32 inch TV and DVD player. A garden tub and shower are in the master bath along with a double sink vanity, a large walk in closet and private toilet area. The queen bedroom looks out onto the patio and pool deck and the other bedroom has a full size bed and desk, both with large closets and beautiful plantation shutters. Both bedrooms are located on each side of the 2nd bathroom and laundry room equipped with brand new Kenmore washer and dryer appliances. The kitchen has 2 dining areas, each able to seat 4 people, as well as 3 stools lining the bar. One dining area overlooks the pool with a large picture window and sliding door to the patio and is also equipped with a wine fridge.  Kitchen is complete with microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge with ice maker, and features reverse osmosis water system.  

All utilities are included in rental fee, including pool and yard maintenance, cable, wifi, electric, gas, garbage, recycling, water, and security system/monitoring.

A $500 Security/Cleaning Fee is required at booking. $350 will be refunded after inspection with no damages.
