We timed the walking distance from the house to some popular attractions. 2 1/2 minutes to "Bellevue Square" (featuring pharmacy, natural food store, liquor store) 2 minutes to Bellevue Avenue shopping center (with large grocery store, bakery, hardware store) 8 minutes to Cliff Walk, 13 minutes to First Beach, 8.5 minutes to Thames Street, 11 minutes to the Red Parrot Restaurant, 13 minutes to Bannister's Wharf. 8.5 minutes to the Newport Art Museum. 10 1/2 minutes to the Viking Hotel and 11 minutes to the Chanler Hotel.

On site parking for at least 3 cars.  Home Theater system with 80 inch projection, Marantz 5.1 surround sound and Velodyne subwoofer.  Private yard with Weber grill.  Dogs welcome. Large gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances (Gas stove, Double oven, Dishwasher). Washer and Dryer.
