Perfect 2 bdrm/2 bath unit for your golf or shopping getaway! Enclave at Oak Hill is conveniently located just under a mile down Ft. Morgan Rd (just east of Hwy. 59.) The unit is brand new and was just professionally furnished in December 2011. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you could possibly need and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 4 at the table and there is also 2 bar stools for extra seating.
The living area features a queen sofa sleeper and 37" TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 24" TV/DVD. Master bath is very spacious with double vanities and an over-sized walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 24" TV/DVD.
The living and dining areas are tiled and bedrooms are carpeted. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Outdoor amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub. There is also a fitness room in the clubhouse.
Maximum of two cars.
