Avalon 801 located at the Beach Club on Fort Morgan is an unbelievable east corner unit with views from all rooms! All bedrooms have balcony access. Perfect unit for your large family getaway!
A spacious fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops. There is a washer and dryer located inside the unit for your convenience. Plenty of seating at the dining table with seating for six and four bar stools.
The living area has a large flat screen TV/DVD player and tile flooring. The views from any angle of the living room are BEAUTIFUL! The master bedroom has a king bed and 37" flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a jetted tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with 20" TV. Third bedroom has a double bed and 22" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds and 19" TV. There are mounted hair dryers in bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted.
Wireless internet provided. Maximum of two cars allowed.
There is a $20/day fee to use the clubhouse amenities (payable directly to the Beach Club.)
