'Bayou Boathouse' is a two bedroom two bath totally remodeled home on the Canal near Boggy Point on Marina Road. The open living area has two chairs that fold out to twin beds. It also has a 25" flat screen TV. Kitchen has all new cabinetry, black appliances all set in granite counter tops. The dining area seats 4 along with 3 bar stools. Tiled flooring throughout the home.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed with all new furnishings and a 25" flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with all new furnishings as well and a 25" flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities and granite counters.
There is plenty of seating outside. 2 rockers, a table and 2 chairs on upstairs balcony. Downstairs has five adirondack chairs, a picnic table and charcoal grill.
The house boasts a boat slip -- 25' by 37' with ample room to park your boat trailers. 'Bayou Boathouse' is located just .8 of a mile to Boggy Point Public Launch, .4 of a mile from Orange Beach Marina and Tacky Jack's Restaurant and only .7 of a mile from Highway 161.
