Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet 701A features great views of the Gulf of Mexico (across the street) from the living area and Little Lagoon from the master bedroom. The unit has tile flooring throughout. There is an electric fireplace and 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen has new cabinetry with all new black appliances and granite counter tops. The bathroom has granite and new cabinetry as well. The condo has been custom painted and newly decorated throughout. The gulf side balcony has all new Martha Stewart patio furniture and has a great view of the Gulf.
There is a king bed in the bedroom with a 27" TV. There is no door to the bedroom. There is a hallway to the living room and kitchen areas. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area.
Located 3.3 miles west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores.
