4th floor unit in second phase of Caribe with gorgeous back water and marina views! The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining area seats four and there are four bar stools.
The living room area features a 45" flat screen TV and DVD player. Master bedroom has a king bed and 45" flat screen TV and DVD player. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen size bed with 14" flat screen TV/DVD players. The living area is tiled and all bedrooms are carpeted.
The balcony features AMAZING views of the back waters and marina! This is the perfect unit for making great family memories!
