Located near the end of a crescent at the Prestigious Venetian Golf and River Club, this recently build modern house with its numerous Palms trees and tropical vegetation will please any that appreciate tranquillity and luxury.  From the spacious Living Room, Dining room or covered Lanai, enjoy the astonishing Venetian rated Golf 17th and 16th fairways wide view. 

Heavenly fitted and directly on the Golf fairway, we feel like in the country still being close to everything.  The community stands in a natural reserve only 8 minutes from the beaches and you can find groceries stores and a pharmacy within 2 to 5 minutes by car.

This 2004 luxurious and charming house is sumptuously furnished to be highly comfortable.  Notably, it has a large common open spacious Living and Dining rooms, a very spacious Master Bedroom with the main private Bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

Wide, opened and Bahamas style furnished the main area offers an unforgettable Island vacation feeling and the beautiful Venetian golf view that we can enjoy through its tremendous wall wide window and sliding doors.  Between golfers, we can admire Sand Hill cranes strange and surprising walk and song.

The modern main bathroom with granite counter top is private and accessible from the superb Plantation style Master bedroom.  Classy and comfortable Guest room satisfies largely our most cherish guests.

Also overlooking the golf course, cooking is agreeable in the fully and conveniently equipped modern kitchen enhanced with granite counter top and Stainless steel appliances. As relaxing, we often enjoy a BBQ or a drink in the covered and screened wide Lanai. 

The Venetian Golf and River Club is an upscale secluded community offering 24/7 security, maintenance free and country style living.  It has two pools, fitness center, SPA tennis courts, fine cuisine restaurants, Tiki bar, biking and walking trails.

Sited a couple of miles out of I-75, it is only 10 minutes away  from the historic Venice, 20 minutes from Sarasota unique charming cultural Downtown and St-Armand’s circle renowned dining and shopping.  Tampa or Fort Myers city and airports are at 1.5 hours away and Orlando’s Walt Disney’s only at 2 hours.

Beside all new furniture and modern appliances, our house has many well appreciated amenities and is fully equipped in linen, towels, kitchenware, small appliances, tableware, electronics and beach gears.  HD Cable TV, WiFi, High Speed internet and telephone with free US and Canada long distances are installed and ready for use.

The modern kitchen with granite countertop has everything required to do normal to sophisticated cooking and has tableware for 8.  It has a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with an ice maker and a gas stove.    You will also find many small appliances: a blender, a hand mixer, a toaster, an Espresso machine, a coffee maker and a waste disposer.  Plenty of essential cookware and accessories are available for your small or best cooking.

Each of the bedrooms has many sets of quality linen and both bathrooms have their own sets of towels.  Specifically for your beach or pools days, we have many sets of towels.  Also, you will find in the garage chairs, umbrellas and coolers that four of you can enjoy at the beach.

In the living room, we have a 42 inches Plasma HD TV and a Home Theater system, including BluRay/DVD and CD disk reader.  In the Den, another 19 inches LCD TV/monitor can be conveniently used as a second TV or a computer monitor. 

Adjacent to the 2 cars garage we have a very convenient laundry room with full size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.  In the garage, you can use the 2 bikes to fully enjoy the area or to go at the pool.  

To really enjoy Florida weather and our tremendous fairway view, you have all you need in the wide covered Lanai to sit and relax or cook and eat with the large Gas BBQ and Patio set. 

The Venetian has two large pools and Hot Jacuzzi that are opened until about 10 pm.  One is for laps and the other for bathing.   The community has also many other activities like walking and bike trails in the mangrove type forest, Tennis and Fitness Center.

Located 8 minutes away, relax on the Nokomis Beach and its many miles long sandy beach or on the world famous Siesta Key white sanded beaches at only 20 minutes away.  Any which way you like, you can use the beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to fully enjoy your favourite beach activities and it’s renowned sunsets all with free parking. - Non refundable Reservation Deposit: the highest between 25% of rent or us$500
- Balance due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date
- Refundable Security Deposit required 60 days prior to schedule arrival date
- Security Deposit of us$500 for stay of 2 weeks or us$1,000 for stay more then 2 weeks
