Sugar Beach #123 has been totally renovated. The condo now features new Utopia wood flooring. Both bedrooms boasts custom closets that you won't find in your typical condominium. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a 25" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, 2nd bedroom has twins and a 21" flat screen TV. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and 31" flat screen TV/DVD.
Sugar Beach is a Gulf front complex with gulf-front and gulf-side units. Close to deep sea fishing, water sports, championship golf, restaurants and shopping.
