Island sunrise is a gulf front property conveniently located 1/2 mile from hwy. 59 in gulf shores, al. Sea-n-suds restaurant, is just two buildings down from the complex and surf style is right across the street.
The unit has been completely remodeled as of february 2010. It features new cabinets, granite counter tops and all new appliances and fixtures in the kitchen. Also, new tile in the living and kitchen area that is also on the balcony.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could possibly need. The dining area seats four and there is three bar stools for additional seating. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper and 39" flat screen tv/dvd. The master bedroom has a king bed and 21" tv/dvd. The guest bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and full on the bottom. There is also an extra twin bed in the guest room and an 18" tv/dvd.
The views are amazing from the gulf front balcony! The unit also has a stack washer and dryer. The unit is on the 6th floor.
Two car maximum. Wireless internet provided.
