The master suite has a king-sized bed and luxurious linens. The mattress was purchased with a good night's sleep in mind; all the better to wake up refreshed and ready for a walk on the beach. The guest suite is spacious and well appointed, with a queen sized bed. The home has central heating and air, but also has individual air conditioners in the bedrooms to allow guests to enjoy a coller temperature if they please without over-consuming electricty cooling the whole house. 

The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, granite countertop and a comfort heigh water closet. There is plenty of storage space in the vanity and a large built-in linen closet in the hallway.

The Florida Room opens out onto a lovely deck for sun bathing, barbecuing, or any other pasttime that you might fancy. The patio area is perfect for intimate dinners under the stars at a table for four, with tiki torches lighting the night. The hot tub enjoys a private position on the north side of the property and is accessible through the Florida Room, with plenty of seating for before and after dips in the water. The garden is old Florida with new chi; pebble ground cover is cleverly accented with landscaping, pavers and decorative rock, carving out many individual places throughout the back yard. A caretaker for the property resides in the garage apartment, but is rarely home and incredibly quiet.

The home is pet-friendly, and the backyard has plenty of space for pets to explore and enjoy. With the beach a quick walk away and your own private back yard retreat complete with a hot tub, there's no better house to make your vacation home away from home.
