From the garage parking you`ll enter the home on the second level.  This level has two bedrooms and one shared shower bath off the hallway.  The largest bedroom is spacious with a king size bed that overlooks the Lake.  The second bedroom is nicely furnished with a full size bed.  These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower tub.

Upstairs is where all your friends and family will hang out - in the enormous family room and game room with its treetop view of the Lake.  Everyone will enjoy the pool table, game table for four or just watching your favorite programs of movies from the family room with plenty of comfortable seating for all.  And don`t worry about going downstairs for drinks.  This 3rd floor level of the home also has a great bar - perfect for entertaining with a refrigerator, sink and microwave!  On the third floor are also two spacious bedrooms off the hallway.  One with a queen size bed and another with a full size bed.  Both rooms share a full size bath with a shower tub. 

Downstairs on the first floor is the living level of the home.  Every cook will enjoy the beautiful kitchen with granite counter with a breakfast bar for four.  Both the kitchen and dining room and combined seating for 10 and take in views of the Lake.  And from both rooms you can enjoy the rock faced gas fireplace and a flat screen TV.   Just off the kitchen is a great Lakefront viewing bedroom with a queen size bed, a good sized hall bath with a shower tub, and access to a laundry room with extra storage for coolers and water toys.

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This private home is stocked with all bedding, bath towels, dish towels, iron, and ironing board. The home is also supplied with two queen size air mattresses - perfect for additional sleeping guests.  Other great features include weekly trash pick-up and tons of parking in the driveway for at least 5 cars plus your trailer - and you have access to the spotlessly clean 2 car garage.  How sweet!

This beautiful property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Also, the home is just minutes away from the town of Sunrise Beach and Laurie and just minutes from a public golf course and theater. And if you`re on the water, you are less than a 10 minute boat ride from three of the hottest lakeside restaurant destination - Frankie & Louie`s, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and the H. Toad Complex.  Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake`s attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, go-karts, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$280.00/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$520.00/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$560.00/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on a 12 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $25 per night (limit 2).

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby Pak-N-Play available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $95 and Processing Fee $30.  Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.

This property has security deposit insurance.  Premium is $30.
