Legacy is a low density, 23 unit complex. Located just 1.2 miles down West Beach, you will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurants or walk out your back door to enjoy the white-sandy beaches! This is a great complex for Hangout festivals and beach concerts...close enough to enjoy the fun but not in the middle of the congestion!
Legacy #203 is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath corner unit with spectacular views of the Gulf. Second floor unit so you won't have to worry about the children on the balcony. The furnishings are well taken care of and extremely comfortable. The unit has tile floors throughout the living area with carpet in the bedrooms.The master bathroom features a jetted tub with separate shower. There are four tv's and four dvd players to entertain the kids. The unit also has wireless internet so don't forget your laptop!
This unit sleeps eight with a king, queen, two twins and a sofa sleeper. The mattresses are comfy and clean! All of your linens are provided so just bring your swimsuit and towel!
There is an outdoor pool with restrooms beside it. Plus a BBQ area and boardwalk to the beach.
