Caribe D-PH4 is a three bedroom/three bath penthouse unit in the D building. Spacious and professionally decorated unit! The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The dining area seats six and there is additional seating at the bar with three bar stools. Wet bar has a wine cooler and ice maker.
The balcony area has beautiful views of the back bay waters and marina! There is plenty of seating for you to enjoy the views with six chairs and two loungers.
The living area features tile flooring and a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and 32" flat screen TV. The master bathroom boasts a large jetted tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen sized with a 19" TV and adjoining bathroom which also has a jetted tub. The third bedroom features two twin sized beds and adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms are carpeted.
Maximum of two cars allowed. Wireless internet provided.
