I have stayed at this property for two summers in a row and any time I decide to go to the beach this is the first place I look. This year we stayed from September 7th to the 15th. This Condo is beautifully decorated and so spacious I have been able to invite other couples to attend vacation with me and my family and not "stepped on each other's toes." Every bedroom has a bathroom attached to it, which is something you don't find everywhere, and I really love that. Everything is always so clean, tidy and comfortable with the most breathtaking views imaginable. The sunsets and sunrises are absolutely gorgeous, nothing can compare. This Condo is located in an amazing location with a very short walk to the beach and quick access to all great restaurants. It also has a washer and dryer so I can do all my clothes and not have any dirty clothes to pack! Also a plus for me is that this is the only tall building around so there is no worry in having someone peering into your room or having someone watch you while you are relaxing on either one of the two balconies.

I recommend this Condo to everyone that asks me where I vacation. All my friends who have gotten to go with me LOVE it and I plan on having many, many more relaxing vacations to Gulf Shores to stay in this Condo.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Did NOT Want to Leave!!!!!

Being from Mobile, and having stayed at Gulf Shores many times and at Sanibel once before four years ago, this was the first time we stayed in this unit. The unit is actually much better than the pictures - it is spacious and doesn't feel cramped at all. I was a little worried as the reviewer before us stated it was filthy - but it was not that way at all. Everything was sparkling clean! I had no issues, but if I had I knew to call management. When I went to the office to purchase parking passes, Randy was very personable and accommodating. We made the short walk to the beach several times and enjoyed the pool also. Gulf Shores has so many different types of eating places, but we cooked some at the unit and had everythiing we needed to do so. All the furnishings were upscale. Many thanks to the owners and management for making our vacation memorable!!

Great views and layout...filthy upon arrival

We just stayed in this unit from 7/30/12 - 8/3/12 and was VERY disappointed in the dirtiness of the unit when we arrived! If you are paying a service to clean the unit, you need to fire them immediately! There was thick dust on all of the fans, dust bunnies beneath all beds, and filthy floors that turned wet paper towels black. Also, the master shower head did not dispense hot water and had to use the secondary shower head all week. When a heavy rain came in 2 hours after arrival, heavy water entered the unit from the front door (top). The stove took forever to pre-heat to 350. Finally, one of the patio chairs was so wobbly, we couldn't even use it.

On a good note, the views of the gulf, lagoon, and sunsets were spectacular! The layout of the condo was comfortable and the seafood was fantastic!
