Phoenix VI 807 is a custom decorated gulf-front one bedroom one bath condominium on the 8th floor. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances set in granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The living room has flat screen 30" TV with DVD and a sofa sleeper. The master has a king bed with a 25" TV/VCR. Unit 807 is conveniently located right off the elevator and has a great view from the spacious gulf-front balcony.
The unit is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. The dining area seats four and there are two bar stools as well. The balcony has plenty of seating also with a table, four chairs and a lounger.
