A two bedroom, one and one half bath, two story townhouse style condominium. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen and a two car garage. Bedding and towels are included. A washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience. Our patio has an umbrella, table and chairs and a barbeque waiting for a patio get together. Enjoy our large swimming pool/sunning facility.

This North Western Valley location is close to Golf, Spring training, Shopping and Dining, Movies, Cardinal Stadium, Ice Hockey, Arizona State University (West), Thunderbird Institute, Glendale Community College, Phoenix Sky Harbor, interstate 17 & 10 and loop 101 are all within 3 to 30 minutes. Starbucks, Daddio's sports bar, King Gyro and Desert Swirl Yogurt are conveniently located right across the street.

Beautiful condo

The condo is even nicer then the pictures show. I found it conveniently located with stores , a restaurant & Starbuck's across the street & a grocery store and more stores within a mile. There were bus stops everywhere too. The property was clean and the owner's were right on it if you needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property. While In Phoenix I went to Sedona , Cave Creek , The Botanical Gardens , rode the Light Rail to Tempe and even found Zumba within walking distance. There is always something to do. The weather was beautiful during my stay so I did lie by the pool. The water was a little cold but I did get in to cool off. You won't regret it if you choose this condo to rent.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

This condo is a nicely maintained property in an older part of Phoenix close to I17. While it is located in the north part of Phoenix, access to freeways made it very convenient to get anywhere. The owners, Bill and Nelda, were extremely quick to help out with any queries we had or any small problems at the condo. The unit has a double garage which meant we didn't have to take our golf clubs out every night. The condo has two good sized bedrooms and one full bath on the second floor. The main floor has the kitchen and living room. The dining table is very small - definitely fine for the two of us, but might be cramped for four. The living room was very comfortable and there were two TV's in the unit. We didn't use the pool as January and February were quite cool this year. We were very happy with the condo and the value was incredible.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, sight seeing
