Phoenix VI 1409 is a custom decorated gulf-front two bedroom two bath condominium on the 14th floor. The kitchen has all white appliances set in corian counter tops and is fully equipped. Tiled flooring is found throughout the unit. The living room has 27" TV with DVD/VCR and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed with a 25" TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom has 19" TV and a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. Unit 1409 is 2 units down from the elevator has a great view from the spacious gulf-front balcony.
The dining area seats six along with two bar stools. The balcony features a large table with four chairs and two loungers. Perfect for enjoying these amazing views!
