located close to restaurants, entertainment, parks, marinas and
John's Pass. Enjoy the white sand, crystal clear waters and amazing
sunsets and friendly people of the unique Sunset Beach in the Gulf
of Mexico. This house is just been remodeled featuring 2 bedrooms,
full equipped kitchen, a loft with TV (great for the kids), 2
living rooms, both have a couch that makes into a queen size bed.

Kitchen fully equipped with stove/oven, toaster, blender, large
refrigerator, a gas grill on the back porch, 3 TV's, Stereo,
telephone, washer, dryer and linens.

Fishing, biking, swiming, boating, snorkling, walking, etc. Just
minutes from John's Pass which offers many activities, sailing,
boating, fishing trips, gambling trips and fine dining and shopping.
Minutes from St. Petersburgh which offers many attractions like fine
arts museums, shopping, dining, live entertainment and where the
Pier and Baywalk is located. Also just half and hour from Tampa and
two hours from Orlando. It is plenty of activities for the whole
family.

$800.00 - $900.00 per week from May - September.
$900.00 - $1,000.00 per week from October - April.
Montly rates also available.
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your
reservation. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash
or Check.
