Stay in the country in this beautiful, remodeled 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath guest house sitting on acreage in Arroyo Grande, just part of California's gorgeous central coast wine region. Totally secluded and extremely quiet, this property is just minutes from the beach, Lake Lopez Recreation area, various wineries, antique stores, farmers' markets, and tons of restaurants and shopping. This is also only minutes to Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo.
The lush grounds are impeccably maintained. For your enjoyment, there is a large enclosed swim spa, an outdoor firepit, a covered gazebo, beautiful stone pond with waterfall, and several areas for BBQing and outdoor dining. There is even a large area for a band if you want to celebrate a special occasion. The house will easily accommodate 6-10 people.
If you want to bring your pets, there is a separate fenced large grassy yard for your dogs. In addition, you can also bring your horses. There is a separate large paddock with cover and water and places to park your trailers or motor homes. You only have to bring your hay. There are trails that lead right out from the property or you can drive a few minutes to the beach or world famous Montana de Oro, Lake Lopez, or The Woodlands which offers miles and miles of trail around beautiful local golf courses, literally minutes from the property.
This is the perfect place to have a romantic getaway, family vacation, retreat of any kind, birthday or anniversary celebration, or just a quiet place to bond with your critters and enjoy the unparalleled weather and beauty of the Central Coast.
